Conveniently located, the building has easy access to Interstate 405, Interstate 90 and is within minutes of downtown Seattle and the Sea-Tac Airport.

From I-405 northbound or southbound:

  • Take NE 8th Street westbound exit
  • Stay on the right lane
  • Turn right at the second traffic light (110th Avenue NE)
  • Almost immediately turn left at NE 9th Street to access the garage
From Seattle via SR-520 eastbound:
  • Take Bellevue Way NE exit
  • Turn left on NE 10th Street
  • Turn right on 109th Avenue NE (a small side street)
  • Turn right at end of road to access the garage
From SeaTac Airport:
  • East on 518 (follow signs to I-405)
  • North on I-405 (towards Bellevue)
  • West on NE 8th St (go about 1 block) just past 110th Ave. NE
  • Explore Consulting is in the tall building on the right (NW corner)
  • Parking is west of the building.
