What can I see about my account with Explore Consulting?

You can lookup past/current Invoices, View past Payments, Make Payments, Print complete Account Statement History, Create New Support Cases, Update Support Cases, Close Support Cases, Update Address/Phone Contact Information.

   

What is my username and password?

The username is your complete email address (i.e.joe@hotmail.com) submitted and setup by Explore. First time access to the Customer Portal can be requested by submitting a request to information@exploreconsulting.com Once access has been granted, your initial password will be emailed to this email address. You will have the ability to change this email and password once logged into the Customer Portal.

   

What is the netsuite center?

This is a collection of frequently used links by NetSuite customers. The Knowledge Base links to the NetAnswers self-service knowledge base. The User Group links to the NetSuite moderated user group. Support allows you to log a NetSuite related Case directly to Explore Consulting.

   

What is the Biotech Center?

This is a collection of frequently used website by our Biotech and Life Science customers.

   

Why isn’t the “remember my email” function working?

The most common problem of this feature not functioning is due to your browser security settings. Please check that you have enabled this site to store cookies on your computer.
