Explore's internship program boasts an 85% hiring rate after completion. We strongly believe in mentorship and devote valuable time teaching and coaching interns with the expectation that they will learn enthusiastically and succeed. Explore interns have been recruited from Washington State, University of WA, Gonzaga, Central, Western and Oregon State. The average internship is 90 days before becoming an Explore employee.
