Biotech Case Study
Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS)

Clinical operations for life science companies rely on Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) for initiating, monitoring, and completing clinical trials and investigator studies. A CTMS provides reliable, up-to-date, easy-to-access information on:
  • investigator sites
  • site and sponsor staff
  • patients
  • payments
  • data audits and site visits
  • regulated documents
  • study supplies

Many small companies rely on multiple spreadsheets to tackle this information. Unfortunately, spreadsheets are difficult to maintain and lack the ability to manage information based relationships between data. Explore Consulting developed a solution Microsoft Access to meet a clients need for low cost, quick development.

    Explore Field Sales Rep v2.0

Version 2.0 is in development now. A complete re-design of the user interface and sales order entry is the focus of this release. The new design will be more graphical and consistent with existing NetSuite functionality. The navigation will be enhanced for quick retrieval of the relevant data; this includes a standard header bar, Quick Jump and Top 10 History.

Explore Mobile offers the Field Sales Rep as a hosted service to be delivered over the web. Read more about the demo and test it now. Experience NetSuite mobility yourself.

Clearing 'Cookies' to Fix NetSuite Code Release Issues

Often after NetSuite releases a new version users experience a decrease in performance speed and other possible issues. This is because NetSuite uses cookies and caching to improve the loading of pages.

When new code is released the previously used cookies may cause conflict resulting in problems with the NetSuite application. Below are instructions for clearing cookies and cached temporary Internet pages (using Internet Explorer; other browser instructions may vary).

    1. Click 'Tools'
    2. Select 'Internet Options'
    3. Click the 'Delete Cookies' button
    4. Click the 'Delect Files' button
    5. A new window will pop-up; mark the 'Delete all offline content' checkbox
    6. Click 'Okay' in the pop-up
    7. Click 'Okay' in the Internet Options window
    8. Close the brower
    9. Open a new browser and re-login to NetSuite

You can also do a 'forced refresh' of any page in NetSuite by clicking CTRL + F5 and this also eliminates caching issues.
