| Fidalgo's Home Flair needed an easy to manage e-commerce website that tied into their custom warehouse management system and had the warm appearance of their retail store. Explore took on the task to implement a custom looking website using NetSuite's advanced site builder module that was integrated with the existing warehouse management system. NetSuite was integrated with the existing warehouse and inventory managment systems using NetSuite Web Services and System-to-System smbXML. The system automatically updates item records in the NetSuite account, downloads sales orders for fulfillment, and uploads tracking information for fulfilled orders. Version 2.0 is in development now! This is a complete re-design of the user interface based on customer feedback. The new design will be more graphical and more inline with existing NetSuite functionality. The navigation will be enhanced for quick retrieval of the relevant data; this includes a standard header bar, Quick Jump and Top 10 History. Accurate, consistent coding of medical terminology facilitates statistical analysis and product labeling.  Displaying Multiple Images Per Item
Through the use of custom item fields it is possible to associate multiple images to one item. This makes for a better online shopping experience for the customer because they can view multiple images before purchasing.
Adding JavaScript to a custom item drilldown template makes displaying these multiple images dynamic. The images are associated to the item easily on the backend through the NetSuite user interface and they dynamically display on the website.

Using Both FedEx and UPS Shipping Items / Labels
Recently released, the functionality of FedEx shipping prices has changed. When FedEx is integrated with your Netsuite account your FedEx shipping numbers will no longer invoice your negotiated shipping price, instead they now show a standard shipping price.
To setup shipping items for both UPS and FedEx and use the label integration, it is recommended that you setup all UPS items at once and all Fedex items at once. The capability of choosing UPS or FedEx integration labels without changing a setup is not possible at this time.
To change your integration label within shipping items: - Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Setup Accounting
- Click the Ordering/Shipping Tab
- Select the Shipping Integration Carrier you are setting shipping items up for
When this is set to UPS, only UPS labels can be seen when setting up shipping items and the same for FedEx.
