| The Ultimate Support website takes full advantage of customizations using a NetSuite templated site. They needed to combine four different looks into one NetSuite website: Coporate, Music Stands, Bike Stands, and OEM. With the use of custom NetSuite tags each page was able to have an appearance of its own. The products are displayed dynamically from NetSuite currently for informational display; the site will be easily migrated to an online e-commerce store by simply 'turning on' the shopping aspect in NetSuite. Validating Clinical Safety Systems
Patient safety is the foundation of risk for treating illness. Organizations developing products to treat illnesses must understand this risk. Understanding risk in specific treatment situations and in general use relies on accurate and timely adverse event data from patients and their healthcare provider. The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requires adverse events to be communicated via a 7-day Investigational New Drug (IND) Safety Report, 15-day Postmarketing Alert Report and Followup, and a Periodic Adverse Drug Experience Report. Computer systems that collect and transmit this data require documented evidence of accurate performance.
Organizations adopt a variety of quality assurance and validation methodologies to document system performance. Easy Access to Recent Records
During a short time period a NetSuite user may be accessing the same couple of clients and transaction records. Instead of wasting time navigating through the main dropdown menus, NetSuite provides a 'recent records list' as a one-click way to access these records.
Simply hover over the arrow to the left of the Home tab and a list of the last 10 accessed records is displayed. From here the user can easily bring up recent records in edit or non-edit mode.

Changing Your 'From' Email Address
If you are sending out invoices and other transactions to clients from NetSuite and do not want your personal email address to show as the sender you can modify this address.
- On the home page tab there is a portlet labeled 'Settings'
- Click the 'Set Preferences' link under the 'Settings' portlet
- Click the 'User Profile' tab
- Enter the email address you would like recipients to recieve email out of NetSuite from in the 'From E-Mail Address' text field
- Click the 'Save' button
