      Explore Field Sales Rep v2.0
    Version 2.0 is in development now. A complete re-design of the user interface and sales order entry is the focus of this release. The new design will be more graphical and consistent with existing NetSuite functionality.     Creating and Using an E-Mail Signature in NetSuite

    NetSuite allows you to create an e-mail signature that will append to the e-mails that are sent out of the system. To setup your e-mail signature take the following steps:
    1. Navigate to Home > Set Preferences > User Profile

    2. In the Nickname box, enter the name that you want to appear in the From field of email that you send through the system.

    3. In the Signature box, enter the message/signature that you would like to appear at the end of all e-mails that are sent through the system. (You may use HTML in this field)

    4. In the From E-mail Address box, enter the e-mail address that you would like listed as the From e-mail address for e-mail that you send through the system.

    5. Click Save

    Creating and Using an E-Mail Signature in NetSuite Once you have clicked Save, when you send an e-mail through the system, add the Signature Tag to the end of the e-mail as displayed below:

    Recieve E-Mail alerts

    You can receive e-mail Alerts that will show you the information that you have currently displayed on your “Home Dashboard”. These alerts can be sent 1, 2 or 3 times a day. To setup the e-mail Alerts, navigate to Home > Set Preferences > Alerts. You can then choose the exact times that you would like each alert sent to you. If you would like to receive alerts ad hoc, checkmark the “Send an On-Demand Alert from this Role” box. By doing this, anytime you send a blank email to alerts@alerts.netsuite.com, NetSuite will then send you the contents of your Dashboard to your login e-mail address. You may also receive e-mail Alerts when a Saved Search that you have setup is updated or added to. To do this, choose the Record Type from the dropdown. Click the Search box and you will notice a dropdown appear. Choose the Saved Search that you would like to be alerted on. Then, if you would like to be notified every time that Saved Search is updated, mark the checkbox under “Send on Update”. By checking that box, you will not only receive the Alerts based on the times that you set them up, but you will also receive an Alert anytime the Saved Search that you chose has been updated.
