Explore Consulting Open House A Success
Explore Consulting would like to thank our many customers, future customers, business associates, Bellevue Chamber of Commerce and NetSuite Representatives for stopping by and wishing us success in our new location.
Visitors were able to get their questions answered regarding NetSuite as well as, meet the Explore Consulting staff, tour the offices and conference rooms and view examples of creative solutions provided to our clients by our development and design team.

Explore Entry Presentation
In the new location, Explore wanted to invite visitors in with a technology inspired greeting. Entering the new offices has a "wow" factor via a multimedia presentation that serves as a digital billboard on a 50" plasma screen.
The software tools used to create this presentation can also deploy rich media experiences for the web and mobile devices. Explore can deliver creative uses of technology to drive a marketing message and/or add to the user experience of any web project.

FSR 2 for NetSuite - Now Live! |

Explore Mobile's FSR 2 has been released. The FSR is designed to enable out of the office access to your NetSuite Customer, Contact and Sales Order information.
Release 2 is a complete re-design of the user interface and functionality. The navigation has been enhanced for quick retrieval of relevant data; this includes Jump To, Top 10 history, header and footer navigation menus. FSR 2 includes full support for Sales Order retrieval, creation, and modification. These Sales Orders can be emailed directly from your handheld, using NetSuite standard functionality, to multiple email addresses for easy printing and order confirmation.

Associating Promotion Codes to Items
The functionality to associate promotion codes directly to an item or group of items has been released in NetSuite Version 11. This makes it possible to create promotion codes that will deduct a flat rate or percentage off only the items specified. There is also an option to 'Exclude Items' for scenarios where a promotion code will be associated to all items except the specifed items.

Minimum Order Amounts
You can now set a minimum order amount for orders placed through a NetSuite e-commerce website. If customers attempt to place an order below the set amount a message will be displayed on the final review and submit order screen of the checkout process.
- Navigate to Setup -> Website -> Setup Website
- Click the Checkout tab
- Enter the amount in the field labeled 'Minimum Order Amount'
- Save
