If you would like to reassign a large number of Leads, Prospects or Customers from one Sales Rep to another based on the Sales Rules and Sales Territories that you have setup, there is a quick and easy way to do this. Navigate to Lists � Search � Mass Updates. Choose the �Reassign Customers by Sales Territory� option as seen below: Click on images to enlarge

When you are setting up your new For Sale or For Resale item in the system, it is very important to use the correct type of accounts. The Sales and Forecasting reports in the system are generated from Sales type transactions that 'Credit' an Income type account. With that said, when you setup either a For Sale or For Resale item in the system, make sure to choose an Income type account in the Income Account box. If you choose any other Account Type in that box, when you view your Forecasting and Sales reports, you will notice that any transactions for these items do not appear on the Forecasting or Sales reports.
