Explore Consulting seeks a highly motivated individual looking for a career recruiting professionals to join our team. As a Staffing Manger, you will be responsible for the full recruiting lifecycle. You must be comfortable with making numerous outbound calls daily. If you have proven experience of prospecting and exceeding quota - we want you!

Along with several business lines from custom software development to packaged software implementations, we are also the largest reseller and Solution Provider in the Pacific Northwest for NetSuite.

Job Description

Working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and filling open job requisitions internally for Explore, as well as providing staffing solutions for Explore’s clients. You will manage and prioritize recruiting activities through prospecting, lead qualification, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.

General Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies, meet service goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Qualify and fill job orders
  • Complete reference checks
  • Proactive recruitment of candidates via job boards, networking, existing clients, job fairs, networking associations and other avenues
  • Pre-screening of candidates over the phone and conducting in-person interviews
  • Handle all administrative duties in client accounts related to sales/recruiting activity
  • Establish, build, and maintain strong internal relationships with key consultants/leaders, to ensure coordination of all elements of client partnerships, including relationship management, financial arrangements, and service delivery commitments
  • Design, develop and communicate key metrics to management (time to fill, turnover, quality measures, etc)
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years experience in full-life cycle recruiting
  • Technical recruiting a plus
  • Results-oriented with self-confidence, perseverance and a high sense of urgency
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Great attitude, goal driven and team player
  • Demonstrated interviewing and advanced sourcing skills
  • High customer orientation and adaptive to change
  • Developed organization skills and fast learner
  • Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
