This ensures your request is resolved in a timely manner because it's logged immediately into our CRM database. The system will automatically route the request to the appropriate person and you'll be notified by email with any updates to the request. You should use this method if you:
- outsource your IT support to Explore
- have pre-purchased Support Packs
- have an hourly maintenance agreement
