The Explore Consulting team is a group of experienced business and technology professionals dedicated to delivering industry best-practice solutions for the implementation of IT business systems. Our job is not simply to perform the tasks required, but to ensure that our clients are always moving in the right direction by identifying opportunities, making recommendations and implementing alternatives, which will enhance the productivity and efficiency of the systems we are working on.

Who We Are

The Explore Consulting team is based in the Seattle, WA area. We are skilled in all phases of the systems development life cycle, specializing in Oracle/Microsoft database solutions for custom and packaged applications, database administration, data warehousing, database marketing and enterprise architecture. Whether your organization is looking to implement its first application or simply needs assistance with an existing system, the Explore team can be counted on to resolve the challenges you're facing. Our project managers, architects, business analysts, developers, testers and trainers are ready to handle all phases of your technology implementation. Explore Consulting has delivered best-practice solutions to a variety of industries and clients. By working closely with your in-house team, we are able to build/integrate business solutions, transfer knowledge, and deliver on time.

We believe that training and mentorship are some of the most important aspects of consulting. Our people work diligently to establish a solid understanding of the client’s needs. • Microsoft.Net Developer/DBA
• Java and XML Developer
• Oracle Applications Developer/Analyst
• Business Process Analyst

In order to work with the Explore team, consultants must have experience in at least one of the areas listed above. Furthermore, our consultants are required to possess the characteristics necessary to meet and exceed client expectations including:

• Ability to work well in a team environment or independently
