Explore Releases Self-Service Customer Portal

Explore Consulting releases it’s first web-based Customer Portal and Self-Service Center accessible from the Explore website. The portal allows customers to view their own account history and company profile. This implementation opens the door to Explore’s back-office financial system by allowing the customer to view their invoices, make payments on invoices, generate complete account history statement, create/view/update support cases and update contact information. The new customer portal uses NetSuite’s built-in Customer Center functionality that utilizes a secure 128 bit encrypted login to access Explore’s actual back-office systems.


In addition to the financial and support features, quick link centers allow for quick navigation towards useful resources. The NetSuite Center allows customers to connect to the NetAnswers self-service knowledge base. The Biotech Center provides access to Northwest and national industry user groups and associations.
